Learn the fundamentals of the main barbell lifts. In depth technical breakdown of Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press. Tweak your form; learn new cues and corrective drills. Required for all newly minted MVMNT Level 2 trainees as well as Pure Strength program members.
