Over the course of four afternoons, you will learn how to punch, kick, knee, and elbow your way out of danger from common violent attacks.
Krav Maga, the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, is a battle tested, no nonsense approach to the reality of violent encounters in everyday life. Your instructor has been training for more than 15 years and received his black belt in 2010. This seminar will help you assess your risk for physical threats as you go about your life, and prepare you to react quickly and effectively and do whatever it takes to go home safe.
