Class Description
This class is for anyone who wants to achieve technical mastery of the three powerlifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift. Each class will focus on one or two main lifts with accessory and supplemental work after. Members will be given a precise program to follow. Programming is designed with an eye toward maximal strength development but is suitable for any level trainee.
