MVMNT Functional Fitness - Mon, February 22 - 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM

Class Description
This is the class for members who have completed the Elements and are ready to push their fitness to the limit. Mobility, strength, and hardcore conditioning in a group setting. Come prepared to give it your all and you will leave knowing that you are better than when you walked in the door.
